Weekly Online Meet (30min)

Start your day with grace and ease. Benefits of meditation are countless ~ sense of well-being, experiencing a better state of mind, healthier body, and enhanced vitality. As you know, “The Good Practice Makes It Perfect”. Just like starting a new exercise routine, everything becomes more joyful when like-minded people come together. This meditation is designed for all levels.

We meet every Wednesday at noon for 30 min. This is a short yet powerful meditation. Great way to start a healthy routine.

You will learn how to deal with

  • scattered minds

  • inner battles

  • physical discomfort

  • lack of interest/desire

  • excessive desires

You will experience

  • being fully present

  • feeling more alive

  • sense of joy and happiness

  • feeling of being loved, and love

  • sense of being held gently

  • alignment of mind-body-ego

  • mastering lower ego self
