Winter Class ( end of Sept - end of December) : Continue our exploration of Body-Mind-Spiritual connection in a tangible manner. We covered and will cover theoretical views on the structure of our Soul and Spirit followed by self-directed exercises. Later, we will begin constructing a power routine to grow, thrive and expand our body, mind, soul and spirit system.
