Be patient - spiritual strength takes time. Some of steps you may redo a month from now, or 2 years from now. It is a spiral expansion - each circle provides new insights and expansion of consciousness. So the technique that does not do much now may feel “amazing” self discovery a year later.
Right Repetition leads to Greater Success - conscious intention with pure heart takes you to the greater level of accomplishment.
