RECOMMENDED PREPARATION FOR WORKSHOP To maximize the experience and learning, we recommend that you prepare your body, mind and spirit. Please read and review the list below.

• Perform Maharic Shield or your preferred Spiritual preparation that help you ground and center. This is very important for you and for the entire class. Please message me anytime if you are not certain about this preparation.

• Avoid excess consumption of alcohol, caffeinated or high sugar drink prior to class.

• Drink warm water, or herbal tea and get a good night sleep (avoid social gathering like a big party, all-night outing, heavy screen time, or reading before bed-time, etc.)

Useful Things To Bring

• “Dedicated notebook & pens (coloring pencils are also great to have)

• Crystal(s) of your choice (for level 1, Raw Celestite and Raw Azurite are extremely helpful. Raw Amethyst is also recommended )

• Spring water or water without heavy metals etc.

• Blanket

Shadow Healing Level 1

Techniques Covered

• Introduction of housing the higher consciousness

• Bring your own Pillar of Light into the physical body

• Progressively heal distortion, miasm, and/or Karmic debt to bring more light for realignment and re-organization

• Unlock the first seal to expand auric field into the higher dimensions. This is the first step towards shadow healing (preparation required to heal shadow body).

Everyone has power to heal. This is your birthright - and also your primary mission. Many healing workshops, classes, and tools provided here and elsewhere in RAYKI school, are designed to advance your knowledge, skills, and consciousness to the at ONE-ment with God Source, Eternal Force of Love. Please note that

• Each of us has unique path and thus unique ability - our mission leads us to the ONE, yet “how to…” comes with many ways.

• Simply skip/stop/park a technique/a step if this is not for you now.

• Be patient - spiritual strength takes time. Some of steps you may redo a month from now, or 2 years from now. It is a spiral expansion - each circle provides new insights and expansion of consciousness. So the technique that does not do much now may feel “amazing” self discovery a year later.

• Right Repetition leads to Greater Success - conscious intention with pure heart takes you to the greater level of accomplishment.

• No need to suffer, simply bringing your pure heart, seek inner Christos (Divinity), and follow your intuition.

• For those who need more technical explanation/intellectual exploration, I recommend you to take the Spiritual Science Series. Those who studied seem to go further as they tend to take things more seriously.
