Reiki is one of the traditional healing modalities that originated from Japan. It is amazing that so many people are familiar with the word “Reiki”. It is the western version of Reiki that has been successfully rooted to many countries including Japan. Now many major hospitals and physicians’ offices offer Reiki healing. There are different Reiki healing systems taught by different teachers. To my knowledge, the USUI Ryoho is the most common and popular Reiki style.
Reiki is easy to learn, and anyone can be trained to use this energy for healing. As you feel more comfortable with this idea, you may start your Reiki journey. You can start from Level 1 & 2 to see if this is right for you!
