Reiki is one of the energy healing technologies that utilize this also. So why only few folks know how to tap into this energy field?
In this class, we will capture it intellectually and physically, by doing. As we learn differently, we will touch upon different facets; diet, movement (exercise), and spiritual practice. As all of these elements are key to maintaining and achieving our optimal wellness, you will be well equipped to practice this on your own upon completion of the class.
